Coordinators,charge nurse and surgery educator based on competency level of staff.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, visitors, staff, physicians and other Allied Health Care providers.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Utilizes critical thinking skills to evaluate immediate and long-term problems/issues and takes appropriate corrective action in a timely manner.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Makes daily rounds in department to access patient care activities, staff competence and compliance with policies, problems/ issues, and physician issues.
