The goal of this position is to maintain efficient operations with an owner first mentality to deliver a consistently outstanding experience.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Manage the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of the residential properties in assigned neighborhood (roughly 20 residences).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Act as single point of contact for homeowners.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Facilitate communications between the operations team and the housekeeping and maintenance teams, regarding questions or concerns involving property management and pre-arrival preparations. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Contribute to the development of the departmental budget and for developing detailed budgets for neighborhoods with relevant financial reports.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Participate in marketing strategies and in establishing rate structures for your assigned neighborhood.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Assist in matters related to owner services, satisfaction, and resolutions.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Property Managers are responsible for the daily supervision, coaching, scheduling, hiring and training of all Residential associates and reservationists.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate with Executive Housekeeper to plan housekeeping schedules for the day/week.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Procure and enter work logs for appropriate residences daily.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Maintain an accurate home inventory for each home in your neighborhood and bill accordingly.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Stage homes for arrival including stocking home with groceries and amenity presentation with welcome card.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>KEYS TO SUCCESS:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">High school diploma or GED, associate degree in business preferred.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
