About the Company Incredible Pizza Company is a 1950s-themed family entertainment center that features an amazing buffet with over 100 food items (we’re best known for our Incredible pizzas) and a game room full of entertainment like go-karts, laser tag, bumper cars, and arcade games--all under one roof! Not to brag, but we were named ‘Top Entertainment Center of the World' by the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA) TWICE! Position Description The Assistant Director of Entertainment at IPC has the critical responsibility to assist the Director of Entertainment in overseeing the Entertainment Department employees, all attractions, rides, and games, as well as the prize redemption store. This person will supervise employees, training, safety, and operations. This individual must practice the servant leader management style by treating all employees and fellow leaders with respect and support. Position Requirements and Perks: 1 year of leadership experience or family entertainment industry experience Ability to work in a fun environment and with limited supervision Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and fun department Possess excellent planning, organizational, and implementation skills Perform duties as assigned by the Director of Entertainment Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, fun, and courteous way Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and computer skills Well-groomed and neat appearance 2 weeks of PTO after one year of employment (can use 1 week after 6 months of employment) for employees who average at least 32 hours of work per week for each anniversary date Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees who average at least 30 hours of work per week for 90 days Discounts for immediate family members on meals and game play This is an hourly position with varying hours.
