          "text": "<p><strong><u>Role Description</u></strong></p><p>The Material Clerk is accountable for the efficient management of raw material handling. Additionally contributing to the movement of lubricants, reels, pallets, and wire along with maintaining inventory and accuracy for all.</p><p>The Material Clerk must exhibit the behaviors of the WireCo Business System (WBS):</p><ul><li>Teamwork - welcomes an environment of inclusiveness and healthy debate that reflects our team’s strength.</li><li>Accountable – celebrates our successes, learn from failures, avoid excuses, and own the outcomes of our efforts.</li><li>Self-Aware – demonstrates an understanding of our strengths and needs, considering how our actions impact others.</li><li>Noble Intent – acts in the interests of others, approaching our work with integrity to ensure the best outcome.</li><li>Determined – takes initiative, share ideas and find solutions to win and achieve our goals.</li><li>Transparent – promotes open and honest communication and constructive feedback for clarity and truth.</li><li>Curious – seeks knowledge and outside input to test our way of thinking, challenging the status quo.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Stages (pulls) work orders ahead as required by Production Supervisor and Plant Scheduler, maintaining adequate inventory rotation and partial wire usage.</li><li>Responsible for facilitating raw materials to the production lines.</li><li>Issues wire from stock as new orders are released or from wire requests from Stranding Machine Operators and returns to stock of remaining wire.</li><li>Maintains inventory accuracy by verifying locations and pallet identification.</li><li>Maintains warehouse in adequate order and housekeeping.</li><li>Performs all job duties in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.</li><li>Responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of those around the machine.</li><li>Regular attendance, punctuality and the ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime when necessary.</li><li>Prepare a weekly status report of cycle count or inventory adjustment activity.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Supervisory Responsibility</u></strong></p><ul><li>None</li></ul>",
