Your mission Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligence and analytics within Matrix42's service management platform. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of service management expertise, analytical product thinking, and modern AI. What you'll do Own the intelligence & analytics roadmap end-to-end Define success metrics and build ROI narratives for IT leaders and decision-makers Drive validation through prototyping and rapid experimentation Shape self-service analytics experiences — configurable dashboards, portals, guided workflows Collaborate with engineering, data, product marketing, UX, and go-to-market teams Engage directly with enterprise customers and partners to shape direction Your profile Experience in ITSM/ESM or service management software Strong analytical mindset with background in analytics, BI, or data-driven products Practical AI/ML exposure and a prototyping-first approach Customer-facing product management experience in enterprise SaaS Ability to communicate across C-level, sales, and engineering stakeholders Familiarity with service management platforms and self-service design Location: Europe Remote - ( Germany or Romania are preferred ) Why us?
