The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and detail-oriented background with excellent communication and customer service skills. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicating with clients and peers on analyzing business / technical requirements to achieve business objectives</li>\n <li>Offering strategic advice to customers on using technology to achieve business goals</li>\n <li>Manages IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house technical staff</li>\n <li>Collaborate with teammates and peers to achieve best results for customer</li>\n <li><p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About You:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analytical approach to problem solving</li>\n <li>Ability to design technology solutions that meet industry standards approach / best practices</li>\n <li>Implement technical solutions following a disciplined approach</li>\n <li>Understand how to properly maintain solutions that may already be in place</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills\n  <ul>\n   <li>Communicate at a level others understand</li>\n   <li>Present ideas in an unbiased manner</li>\n   <li>Build strong relationships with customers</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Enjoy face to face customer and team engagement</li>\n <li>Passion to learn more about emerging technology</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience working in large to enterprise level IT environments</p></li>\n <li><p>4 or more years of hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server & VMware technologies</p></li>\n <li>Certifications “nice to have” in the following areas:\n  <ul>\n   <li>MCSA</li>\n   <li>Microsoft Cloud Stack (Fundamental or advanced)</li>\n   <li>VCP</li>\n   <li>CCNP / CCNA</li>\n   <li>Security Certifications</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p>Experience in systems / infrastructure administration or IT leadership role a plus</p></li>\n <li><p>Passion for learning new technologies out of current comfort zone</p></li>\n <li><p>Detail oriented with the ability to successfully multi-task</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
