      "content": "\n<li>Draft and produce survey drawings including <strong>topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, right-of-way, and utility surveys</strong> in compliance with agency standards.</li>\n<li>Process field data and generate accurate base maps and digital terrain models (DTMs).</li>\n<li>Ensure <strong>Microstation</strong> deliverables meet <strong>NYC agency Microstation standards</strong>, coordinate systems, and layer naming conventions.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with <strong>field crews, project managers, and engineers</strong> to maintain data consistency and resolve discrepancies.</li>\n<li>Prepare <strong>record maps, easement maps, as-built drawings, and legal description exhibits</strong>.</li>\n<li>Organize and manage <strong>Microstation</strong> files and survey data efficiently across multiple projects.</li>\n<li>Support proposal and QA/QC efforts by maintaining documentation and <strong>Microstation</strong> templates.</li>\n"

      "text": "Minimum Qualifications",
      "content": "\n<li><strong>3+ years</strong> of <strong>Microstation</strong>drafting experience in land surveying or civil design.</li>\n<li><strong>Proficiency in&nbsp;Microstation</strong></li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience with <strong>New York City and State agency projects</strong> (MTA, DDC, DEP, DOT, Parks, etc.).</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of survey data processing, coordinate systems, and geospatial references.</li>\n<li>This role will require the successful completion of fit for work testing which includes Drug &amp; Alcohol testing</li>\n"
