Emerald Youth has engaged more than 30,000 children and young adults in a variety of community programs over nearly three decades. Every year, Emerald Youth serves more than 3,000 children, teens and young adults in the heart of Knoxville through faith, learning and health programs.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\">JOB SUMMARY:</span></strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Responsible for overseeing the concessions stand sales, general facility oversight during sporting events to ensure event success, and monitoring <span>parking at University of Tennessee during football season. font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Oversee concessions during shift, including but not limited to, operating point of sale, equipment, ticket sales, and merchandise sales.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Upkeep and organization of concessions area at all times while on duty.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Patrol and monitor during events to enforce facility rules and ensure safety.</span></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Train concessions staff and volunteers.</span></em><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Perform concessions operator duties when scheduled or as needed.</span></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Responsible for concessions inventory, stocking, and placing orders in accordance with event schedules.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Oversees scheduling of concessions operators and volunteers based on event schedules and needs.</span></em></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Track revenue through Vend POS software and report to supervisor timely, on a weekly basis.</span></em></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Patrol and monitor during events to enforce facility rules and ensure safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Responsible for facility upkeep, including but not limited to, cleaning up spills, changing out liners in trash cans, and restocking and maintenance of paper dispensers in concessions stand and restrooms. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Direct traffic &amp; receive payment during paid parking events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Reconcile parking tickets &amp; revenue.</span><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Any other reasonable task assigned by supervisor.</span><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dedicated Christian with clear knowledge of the Gospel and a passion for the mission of Emerald Youth Foundation; connected to a church community; possesses a strong reputation for honesty, integrity, and high moral standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At least 16 years of age.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">High school graduate preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Working toward post-secondary degree preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience operating a point of sales system and handling money.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;
