The main focus of the Physical Therapist is to provide superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with our physicians in order to optimize performance and enhance the quality of function for our patients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional patient care</li><li>Interprets physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment plans and functional goals</li><li>Responsible for upgrading and amending the treatment goals as necessary during the episode of care</li><li>Written documentation on patient status to physicians per compliance guidelines of IBJI rehab</li><li>Determine appropriate discharge timeline and appropriate follow up</li><li>Supervision of Rehabilitation Technicians with patient care and administrative staff as needed</li><li>Compliance with daily paperwork.
