Hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Skilled Nursing Facility
FS Nursing puts Licensed Practical Nurses in the driver’s seat when it comes to managing their careers and work-life balance. LPNs have the flexibility to choose assignments that fit their schedules and short- and long-term financial goals.
Licensed Practical Nurses can select from a variety of opportunities that allow them to be present for both their families and the patients they serve, while filling critical gaps in geriatric care.

Hourly pay rate: $38-$40
LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Job Duties and Requirements:
Currently holds an active state issued LPN license.
CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency
· Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
· Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
· Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
