This role will involve planning, organizing, and directing the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to ensure that products and services meet high-quality standards.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Team Management:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver high-quality results.</li>\n   <li>Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.</li>\n   <li>Develop and implement performance metrics and evaluation criteria for the QA team.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Quality Assurance Strategy:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.</li>\n   <li>Establish quality standards and best practices across the organization.</li>\n   <li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes throughout the product development lifecycle.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Test Planning and Execution:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure they meet quality standards.</li>\n   <li>Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.</li>\n   <li>Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Oversee the execution of test plans and test cases, ensuring timely and accurate completion.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Defect Management:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Track and manage defects throughout the development process, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.</li>\n   <li>Work closely with development teams to identify and address defects.</li>\n   <li>Monitor and report on defect metrics and trends.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Automation:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Promote and implement test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.</li>\n   <li>Select and implement appropriate test automation tools and frameworks.</li>\n   <li>Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability of code.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes and methodologies.</li>\n   <li>Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Stakeholder Communication:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, development teams, and customers, to provide updates on quality assurance activities and address concerns.</li>\n   <li>Report on quality metrics and trends to stakeholders.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a management role.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</li>\n <li>Experience with various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with specific testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Appium).</li>\n <li>Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CSTE, ISTQB).</li>\n <li>Experience in a quick service industry (e.g., QAR, ).</li>\n</ul>",
