    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Microgrids Application Solution Engineer</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p>\n<p>Application Solution Engineer works closely with product management, system engineering, and technical sales teams to understand customer needs and design, implement, and demonstrate solutions that solve specific business challenges. The role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet both the technical and business requirements of clients.</p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\n<p>Pre-Sales Support:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with the Product management team to understand client requirements, business objectives, and technical specifications.</li>\n <li>Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and product or solution's capabilities.</li>\n <li>Identify and address technical concerns or objections from potential clients.</li>\n <li>Solution Design and Customization:</li>\n <li>Work with clients to design tailored solutions that meet their unique business and technical needs.</li>\n <li>Recommend appropriate products, configurations, and integrations based on the client’s current infrastructure and future needs.</li>\n <li>Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for the client's environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical Consulting:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide expert-level guidance on technical best practices, architecture, and integration methods.</li>\n <li>Support the client during the solution implementation phase, including addressing technical questions and ensuring smooth deployment.</li>\n <li>Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving technologies to provide innovative solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Post-Sales Support:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with the post-sales implementation to ensure the solution is effectively deployed and meets client expectations.</li>\n <li>Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for upselling or additional support services.</li>\n <li>Document customer use cases, requirements, and product configurations for internal reference and product development.</li>\n <li>Work with product management, development, and customer support teams to escalate issues and enhance product offerings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Continuous Learning and Professional Development:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge of new products, services, and industry trends.</li>\n <li>Participate in certifications, workshops, and other training programs to stay current in the field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>\n<p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Problem-Solving: Ability to understand complex customer requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.</li>\n <li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Customer-Focused: Ability to engage with clients to understand their business and technical needs and deliver solutions that add value.</li>\n <li>Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.</li>\n <li>Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to rapidly evolving technologies and client needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of inverters, energy storage system (ESS) applications, and energy management system (EMS) solutions, including system integration, controls, and power management.</li>\n <li>Experience: 4 - 5 years in a technical, client-facing role such as systems engineer, solutions architect, or technical consultant.</li>\n <li>Experience with PSCAD, MATLAB, AutoCAD, Creo, Oracle CPQ, Power PI.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Educational Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with strong Electrical and Power background.
