With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role description:</strong><br><br>\n  Senior Engineer- Structures</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong><br><br>\n  Preparation of Design Reports, Design calculations, loads and stresses related to different structures.</p>\n<p>· Good command on Excel, Preparation of spreadsheets for design calculation.</p>\n<p>· Supervision and guidance to Junior Engineers on various projects in line with client requirements.</p>\n<p>· Worked on water retaining structures and different concrete structures.</p>\n<p>· Provide design input to CAD/BIM and co-ordinate with CAD staff for preparation of drawings.</p>\n<p>· Liaison with other team members to produce good design solution as per the best design practice.</p>\n<p>· Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.</p>\n<p>· Building a profile in the industry and keeping up to date with innovations and developments.</p>\n<p>· Compliance of Arcadis business management system.</p>\n<p>· Health &amp; Safety Management.</p>\n<p>· Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.</p>\n<p>· Good communication skills.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong><br><br>\n  Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Structural design Engineering.</p>\n<p>· Sound technical knowledge, academically good.</p>\n<p>· Familiar with US codes, standards, and practices related to Structural Engineering.</p>\n<p>The Indian, British, and Euro codes will be added advantage.</p>\n<p>· Awareness of software used for Structural Engineering.</p>\n<p>· Basic knowledge of Staad Pro, AutoCAD, Etabs, Robot, Mathcad, Master series, Revit, BIM etc.</p>\n<p>· Good knowledge of Microsoft office.</p>\n<p>· A strong, self-motivated, and assertive person capable of working under pressure.</p>\n<p>· Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.</p>\n<p>· Flexible to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
