Each of our stores is a market in the truest sense and is a place to exchange goods, services, and ideas for those really into food.\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><b>Job Summary:</b> As an eStore In-Store Shopper, you'll select, sort, and unload items to complete eCommerce online orders.<b>Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:</b></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Customer Service:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Selects merchandise from sales floor to complete customer online orders</li>\n <li>Sorts / unloads selected merchandise into refrigeration, frozen, or dry storage holding areas</li>\n <li>Uses a digital tool to select items necessary to complete online orders, to pack and put away orders in staging area, and to retrieve orders for customers</li>\n <li>Makes decisions on customers¿ behalf if requested item is unavailable</li>\n <li>Provides superior customer service; answers product-related questions, locates products, and helps in-store Customers, as needed</li>\n <li>Returns extra / unwanted products to their proper in-store location</li>\n <li>Communicates continuously with department Managers and Partners to locate product</li>\n <li>Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product</li>\n <li>Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); achieves productivity standards</li>\n <li>Performs eStore Curbie duties, as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<p>Sanitation / Stocking / Food Safety:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complies with federal, state, and company regulations / standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation</li>\n <li>Gathers baskets and picks up trash inside and outside eStore as needed</li>\n <li>Maintains / stocks bag areas</li>\n <li>Organizes carts / maintains cleanliness within the eStore</li>\n <li>Maintains standards for safety and sanitation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
