We are The Boston Beer Company, and together we are heavy.</p><p>The role of the <strong>Brand Activation Representative</strong> (BAR) is to increase availability and visibility of specific Boston Beer brands at retail to generate depletion growth while supporting our local sales team to add value to our wholesaler and retailer partners.</p><p><strong>What You'll Brew:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Execute internal sales objectives &amp; improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling process</li><li>Learn and be proficient in beer industry knowledge, brewing, and BBC product styles</li><li>Execute impactful promotions for accounts in the On Premise (bars/restaurants) &amp; Off Premise (grocery &amp; liquor stores), sampling events, and festivals</li><li>Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers and displaying point of sale items to increase visibility of our brands</li><li>Conduct waitstaff &amp; bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume in accounts</li><li>Farm existing business in top on &amp; off premise accounts to grow depletions</li><li>Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers</li></ul><p><br><strong>What Ingredients You'll Bring:</strong><br><i><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></i><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years sales and/or food/beverage industry experience</li><li>4 Year Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale frequently&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Level:</strong> 10IC</p><p>In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $20.00 per hour.&nbsp;</p><p><i>Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Fair Chance Ordinance and the CA Fair Chance Act.</i></p><p><i>Boston Beer Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse workforce.
