To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our Lake Country Co-op brand to life, visit us at www.lakecountryco-op.crs.</p><p><strong>Reporting to the Subway Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:</strong><br>• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.<br>• Provide Legendary Service at all touchpoints through various communication channels.<br>• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explains accurately to guests.<br>• Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.<br>• Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.<br>• Check product in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift.<br>• Knowledge and understanding of the Point-of-Sale system.<br>• Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.<br>• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.<br>• Perform other duties as assigned.<br>• Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect.</p><p><strong>Why it matters:</strong><br>Our Lake Country Co-op team provides a range of products and services to support our 54,680 member-owners in 20 different communities.
