We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Medication Aides (AMAP Certified) to join our team and play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a Medication Aide, you will work closely with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure safe medication administration, accurate documentation, and exceptional care in a supportive, recovery-focused environment.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Administer oral, topical, and approved PRN medications under the delegation and supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with West Virginia AMAP regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Accurately document medication administration and monitor clients for side effects, adverse reactions, or changes in condition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain secure medication storage, medication carts, medication records, and controlled documentation systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Report medication concerns, incidents, refusals, or discrepancies promptly to nursing leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with medication counts, inventory management, and medication room organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support clients in maintaining treatment compliance and participating in their recovery plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with nurses, providers, therapists, and recovery support staff to ensure continuity of care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality improvement activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide compassionate, respectful interactions that support a positive treatment environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
