Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, identifying capability gaps, and ensuring information is organized, accessible, and aligned with program goals.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Document current and future processes, and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create and maintain process guides, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support platform operations, including intake, prioritization, tracking requests, and coordinating across teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain clear, organized, and up-to-date documentation, including requirements, decision logs, and knowledge articles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Translate technical information into easy-to-understand, business-facing documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support product planning activities such as roadmaps, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
