Let’s see if you have what it takes</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Fit Expert</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.</li>\n <li>Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere every single day</li>\n <li>Ability to make your customers feel valued</li>\n <li>Desire to lead by example while inspiring those around you to be their BEST.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Sales Lead</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred.
