    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>SUMMARY</strong></span></p><p>The Regional Payroll Analyst has a key role in delivering world-class payroll support and services to contribute to an outstanding employee experience.</p><p>Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Argentina, Chile</p><p><span><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p><ul><li>Manage complex payroll inquiries from employees and be able to explain payroll from a gross to net perspective for all countries within regional responsibility.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage LOA transaction entry and employee inquiries related to the how and why the pay was calculated.&nbsp;</li><li>Confirm accuracy of garnishment processing and compliance with legislation.</li><li>Execute standard work for managing overpayments/repayments with stakeholder communication with regional policy.</li><li>Validate and prepare, as needed, standard work for defined payroll processes under the regional payroll manager's responsibility.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify gaps and seek opportunities for continuous payroll process improvement.</li><li>Process equity inclusions, relocation, imputed income, and other taxable inclusions</li><li>Escalate payroll related issues, seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems and propose reasonable solutions.</li><li>Execute payroll transactions into payroll applications ensuring accurate and timely entry.</li><li>Execute data entry in all countries within regional responsibility and meet audit timelines, compliant with country legislation.</li><li>Detailed knowledge and understanding of GlobalView, ADP Celergo and eTime and processing payroll.</li><li>Execute process for data processing and strategy to communicate to employees to reduce MUDA in employee inquiries.</li><li>Execute strategy to process all opcos under shared service model by optimizing processes and leveraging process improvement tools and harmonization.&nbsp;</li><li>Support daily visual management to easily identify areas for improvement, control limits and adding additional opportunities for measurements to increase optimization.</li><li>Calculate termination and deceased wage payments compliant with country legislations.</li><li>Monitor, support employee escalations and inquiries.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to run standard and create ad hoc reports.</li><li>Tax data management</li><li>ACH preparation and payroll simulations as needed for termination pay, or pro-forma calculations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span><strong>YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective.</li><li>Ability to comfortably speak to employees to support inquiries.</li><li>Able to develop effective working relationships with various stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational skills.</li><li>Effective analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience preferred working with ADP Global View, ADP Celergo and ADP eTime.</li><li>Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution oriented.</li><li>Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary.</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility.</li><li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to gain credibility with OpCo’s, Influence others and make recommendations for change.</li><li>Proven record of accomplishment of consistently meeting goals and objectives.</li><li>Knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations.</li><li>Ability to gain credibility with Opco’s, influence others and make recommendations for change.</li><li>Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives.</li><li>Exhibits strong project skills with the ability to develop functional business requirements.</li></ul><p><span><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, with a strong understanding of payroll.</li><li>Minimum (3) years’ experience in payroll shared service models preferably using ADP GlobalView, ADP eTime, ADP Celergo or ADP Streamline.</li><li>Experience in processing payroll for multiple countries within the region.</li><li>Must be proficient with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).&nbsp;</li><li>Preferred experience with other collaboration tools such as Miro and Teams Canvas</li><li>Multi-lingual preferred based on regional requirements.
