    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">DAP is looking to hire R&amp;D Intern for Summer 2026.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">The summer intern would work under mentorship of a senior scientist / Supervisor to perform collaborative research for development adhesives or repair products with unique and differentiated properties.&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">The intern will work on&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct formulation optimization of hybrid sealants by modifying prepolymers, UV stabilizers, additives, and fillers, followed by evaluating elongation properties, storage stability, UV resistance, and adhesion performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong><u>Pay</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$17 / hour.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Major: &nbsp;Chemistry</li>\n <li>Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.</li>\n <li>General lab skills (formulating, mixing, ability to research test methods and raw materials).</li>\n <li>General understanding of adhesive and sealants.</li>\n <li>Good time management.</li>\n <li>Data analysis.
