Produce high-quality analytical and foundational intelligence reports in accordance with established standards, while maintaining military intelligence databases and delivering finished analytic products for the intelligence community.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;A solid understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines.</li><li>The ability to work independently with minimal oversight to conduct deep multi-INT research and identify trends and developments.</li><li>Strong all-source analytical skills to interpret and defend analytic judgments.</li><li>Proficiency in producing clear and concise analytic reports and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Willingness and ability to learn technical engineering terms and concepts on the job and apply them to your analysis.</li><li>Experience with intelligence collection capabilities and the evaluation of collected intelligence.</li><li>Experience with intelligence analysis tools like Record Message Traffic (RMT), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), etc., MARS, and other relevant tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of ICD 203/206 writing standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field</li><li>&nbsp;At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with some experience within the last 2 years.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Security Clearance</strong></p><ul><li>Active TS/SCI with an In-Scope Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph</li></ul><p><strong>More About B&amp;A:</strong></p><p><em><strong>Notable Clients</strong></em><br>B&amp;A has grown into a company trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
