Reasonable</span><br><span>accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</span><br><br><span>Education Level: Bachelor's Degree</span><br><span>Education Details: Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field</span><br><span>Experience: 8 years experience business analysis, business development, solutions development, system analysis, technical design/development implantation or equivalent experience OR</span><br><span>6 years Previous product owner experience with an in-depth knowledge of agile process and principles.</span><br><br><span>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in new or emerging AI initiatives.</span><br><span>Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution, ensuring incremental delivery of AI projects with measurable outcomes.</span><br><span>Proven experience working on AI products or supporting AI department planning and strategy.</span><br><span>Strong knowledge and understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies, trends, and business requirements.</span><br><span>Exceptional communication skills to lead, facilitate, and drive conversations with senior management and stakeholders for AI ideation, strategic alignment, and exploration.</span><br><span>Expertise in developing and delivering compelling presentations and decks to showcase AI use cases, feasibility studies, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.</span><br><span>Experience supporting department-level planning, particularly within data science, AI, or similar technical domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.</span><br><span>Ability to identify, explore, and prioritize AI use cases across multiple business units, translating business needs into actionable plans and product requirements.</span><br><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess AI opportunities, risks, and feasibility.</span><br><span>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, business owners, etc.) to align product goals with AI strategies.</span><br><span>Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe), with a focus on integrating AI solutions within product planning and delivery cycles.</span><br><br><span>In Lieu of Education</span><br><span>In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.</span><br><br><span>Preferred Qualifications</span><br><span>Previous healthcare experience</span><br><span>Advanced degree</span><br><br><span>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)</span><br><span>Proficient in Agile methodologies, principles, and procedures., Expert</span><br><span>Ability to use Product KPIs and business metrics to optimize the product., Expert</span><br><span>Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems., Expert</span><br><span>Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines., Expert</span><br><span>The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs.
