We&rsquo;re all part of life on this planet and together we can make it better.<br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The <strong>Car Wash Manager</strong> is responsible for the day-to-day operations from site upkeep to guest service, membership sales as well as training a positive team.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">An outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for guest caring/service is a key component of this role. The <strong>Car Wash Manager</strong> is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for guests as well as providing a safe, positive working environment for employees.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position requires adhering to all guidelines, including company policies and all local, state, and federal compliances.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Manage site team and improve/maintain a clean, efficient site.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper uniform attire as well as site team following uniform/appearance policy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Scheduling of site team by policy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Ensue adherence to the schedule.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Review/Approve employee timecards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Train the team on a high level of product knowledge, package details, upgrades as well as <strong>membership (Unlimited Wash) program.</strong></li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Provide excellent guest experience by training the team on all internal and external marketing programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Provide daily directions to the team and ensure safety and other compliance procedures are being adhered to.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems, as necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Train on site open/close process and ensure site is fully operational during business hours.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Accountable for providing strong, positive, and pro-active leadership to the team while providing direction, feedback, and holding them accountable for performance and results.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Give corrective actions/Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) when needed following company policy/guidelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Maintains a safe work environment by following all safety protocols for the team and guests.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Perform monthly OSHA training.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Perform weekly/monthly inventory on consumables such as brooms, dust pans, tools etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Train the team and perform monthly consumables ordering.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Perform and train on after hours site cleaning by following schedule (Cleaning site includes but not limited to: Tunnel equipment, tunnel floor, tunnel walls, tunnel pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Ensure staffing levels meet site needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Interview, Recruit, Hire and train all car wash staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Be flexible to step into any role necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Managerial experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Experience such as car wash, retail and/or guest service industry preferred <strong>BUT NOT NEEDED.</strong></li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br><strong>Knowledge:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Maintain the highest level of guest service.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Ability to adapt to an ever-changing high-volume car wash.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Takes ownership in navigating and overcoming obstacles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Have attention to detail.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates (Including Fridays &amp;
