font-weight: bold\">Role Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Set out as directed and ensure the information provided is clearly understood.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Disseminate information from drawings, specifications, etc. to foremen, operatives, subcontractors, so that they clearly understood what is required. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Test materials as directed by your supervisor in accordance with the relevant specifications. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Highlight discrepancies between actual vs. calculated materials required [e.g. concrete]. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Meet weekly programme targets as set by site management. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Record all daily activities, relevant information and occurrences in your site diary. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Record and report on work progress including that of subcontractors to your manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Listen to and learn from more experienced site personnel - if in doubt, ask.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Pursue your own development and training proactively [i.e., complete the work-based development programme in a timely manner]. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Conduct your work in a safe manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Develop professional working relationships with your work colleagues. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Monitor and check setting out instruments and testing equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maximise profit through your day-to-day actions: good self-management, accuracy in your own work, elimination of re-work and waste.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Follow directions and attend meetings as required. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
