The Housekeeping Department plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant, welcoming experience. Housekeeping services extend beyond the hotel premises, covering multiple sites under our management to support our reputation for excellence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring that hotel guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. Reporting to the Housekeeping manager, the Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness an tidiness of guest rooms and common areas within the Mackenzie Hotel. This full-time role is in integral to maintaining the high standards of service that reflect the values and objectives of the IRC.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">ACCOUNTABILITIES</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform a variety of cleaning activities in guest rooms and hotel common areas.</li>\n<li>Inspect rooms for cleanliness and prepare them for guests' arrival.</li>\n<li>Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to the Housekeeping Manager.</li>\n<li>Respond professionally to reasonable guest requests and complaints.</li>\n<li>Protect equipment and ensure no inadequacies in guest rooms or public areas.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161);
