The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building successful teams.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h4>Operations Management</h4><ul><li><p>Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, routing, and crew scheduling.</p></li><li><p>Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.</p></li><li><p>Monitor production performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Manage equipment allocation and utilization across assigned crews.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate property maps, routing information, and operational records.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all contract specifications and service expectations are met.</p></li></ul><h4>Quality Control</h4><ul><li><p>Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.</p></li><li><p>Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions proactively.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Account Managers to address client concerns and service requests.</p></li></ul><h4>Leadership &amp; Team Development</h4><ul><li><p>Lead, coach, and develop Foremen and field personnel.</p></li><li><p>Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures.</p></li><li><p>Conduct field training and provide ongoing development opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Promote a positive, safety-focused, and team-oriented work environment.</p></li><li><p>Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention efforts.</p></li></ul><h4>Financial &amp; Operational Performance</h4><ul><li><p>Monitor labor efficiency, production rates, and crew performance.</p></li><li><p>Assist in managing operational budgets and controlling costs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure resources are utilized effectively to maximize profitability.</p></li><li><p>Support strategic planning and operational improvements.</p></li></ul><h4>Safety &amp; Compliance</h4><ul><li><p>Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular safety observations and field audits.</p></li><li><p>Ensure crews maintain compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Foster a culture where safety is a daily priority.</p></li></ul><h4>Business Growth Support</h4><ul><li><p>Identify enhancement opportunities and communicate them to Account Managers.</p></li><li><p>Support business growth initiatives through operational excellence.</p></li><li><p>Assist with planning and executing enhancement projects when needed.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance, operations, or production management experience.</p></li><li><p>Proven leadership experience managing multiple crews and supervisors.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and field operations.</p></li><li><p>Experience with routing, scheduling, workforce planning, and production management.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of production rates, contracts, budgets, and operational performance metrics.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and interpret property plans and site maps.</p></li><li><p>Experience creating or utilizing Gantt charts and project schedules preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software platforms;
