    "description_html": "<h2><b>We are currently looking for a Forklift Operator/Material Handler</b></h2><p>Shift: 1st shift 5:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Thursday</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies</li><li>Operate Forklift safely and efficiently</li><li>Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock organization</li><li>Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse safely</li><li>Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards</li><li>Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock items</li><li>Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures</li><li>Assist with deliveries or customer pickups when needed</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a warehouse or fast-paced environment</li><li>Dependable attendance and punctuality</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday</li><li>Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is a plus, but not required</li><li>Forklift experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>3 - 6 months expereince — training provided</li></ul><p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds as needed</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive lifting and movement tasks</li><li>Comfortable working in a warehouse environment</li><li>Ability to lift and move items up to 25–50 pounds as needed</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive lifting and movement tasks</li><li>Comfortable working in a warehouse environment</li></ul>",
