font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead the non-conformance report (NCR) process, including investigations, root cause analysis, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/SCAR). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track quality data from production defects and returned materials to identify trends, prioritize recurring issues, and support permanent corrective actions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with production and engineering in quality feedback discussions to share findings and help improve manufacturing processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28);
