    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The Production Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and coordinating production schedules to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. This role involves forecasting demand, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating across departments to meet production goals while minimizing costs and delays.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to determine optimal manufacturing processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain production schedules based on lead times, inventory levels, and customer demand.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials.</li><li>Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address bottlenecks or delays.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on production performance, efficiency, and cost analysis.</li><li>Identify and resolve operational issues that could impact production timelines including sold versus actual hours and direct versus indirect time.&nbsp;</li><li>Forecast production costs and conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>All other duties assigned.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>To ensure Kelvion&rsquo;s Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, is incorporated into every product we produce.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Vision and Values, Operational Framework</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES)</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).</li><li>Proficiency in Business Intelligence presentation platforms i.e. PowerBI</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field.</li><li>2-3 years data analytics experience</li><li>2-3 years in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics position&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
