          "text": "<p>As a Product Deployment Specialist, your role consists of supporting clinic staff in the optimal use of our web-based electronic medical record (EMR), while ensuring a successful implementation adapted to the reality of each clinic. Your contribution to the deployment team will have a direct and significant impact on improving clinical processes. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to welcome new clients and guide them in the adoption of our care management solutions.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Be an integral part of the onboarding team by helping to define the needs of new customers.</li><li>Plan and prepare the technological park required for the deployment of MEDFAR’s products.</li><li>Implementation of functional interfaces required for the deployment of our products.</li><li>Develop IT clinical processes related to the deployment ensuring optimal use of our EMR product.</li><li>Participate in remote and on-site project deployments depending on size or complexity using tailored tools.</li><li>Prepare and conduct advanced training adapted to the clerical and medical staff of clinics.</li><li>Organize Q&amp;A sessions for clients at clinics.</li><li>Design presentations and write project reports.</li><li>Support clients throughout the process.</li><li>Apply corrective and preventive interventions while targeting the improvement of clinical processes.</li></ul>",
