What You'll Do:
Lead staff education, orientation, and ongoing training programs Support and coach nursing staff to improve performance and care quality Ensure compliance with training, regulatory, and documentation standards Oversee infection prevention and control program and initiatives Monitor infection trends, conduct audits, and implement improvements Provide education on infection control, safety, and best practices Collaborate with leadership to support quality care and regulatory compliance What You'll Need:
