Operations Manager

Operation Manager As our Operation Manager, you will manage the day-to-day site operations including but not limited to administrative, people and culture, finances and facilities management. You will oversee and ensure that all systems are in place and plan for site operations in a way that brings order and a sense of stability to the team. You enjoy planning events and assisting with logistics for site visits and meetings with ease. You have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills You are skilled in analyzing and reporting data You are comfortable serving as the IT point of contact, assisting staff with issues You are excited to collaborate with site leadership to build a strong site culture that is representative of College Track. You are excited to support our students by working with them in-person 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday - Friday. Compensation: This position is Full-Time , Exempt . The full compensation range for Operations Manager in Aurora, CO is $70,000-$85,500/y ear with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $73,875-77,749/year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
