This role ensures proper air balance, environmental compliance, and efficient workflow within production areas. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial chemicals, air flow systems, and waste management processes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Operate and maintain paint booths to ensure optimal performance and safety</p>\n<p>Monitor and adjust air balance systems to maintain proper airflow and ventilation</p>\n<p>Manage sludge pits, including cleaning, disposal coordination, and routine inspections</p>\n<p>Handle and apply chemicals safely in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines</p>\n<p>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on booth equipment and filtration systems</p>\n<p>Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards</p>\n<p>Keep accurate records of maintenance, chemical usage, and inspections</p>\n<p>Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>Experience working with industrial chemicals and chemical handling procedures</p>\n<p>Knowledge of air balance systems and ventilation controls</p>\n<p>Familiarity with paint booths and sludge pit operations</p>\n<p>Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)</p>\n<p>Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude</p>\n<p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills:</span></p>\n<p>Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments</p>\n<p>Understanding of environmental regulations and waste disposal practices</p>\n<p>Basic mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<p>Ability to stand, walk, and work in industrial environments for extended periods</p>\n<p>Ability to lift and move materials as needed</p>\n<p>Comfortable working around chemicals, fumes, and machinery</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p>PPG Quality believes your health and well-being should come first.
