This role manages contractors, schedules, budgets, and safety to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. The Facilities Construction Manager coordinates closely with internal stakeholders, design teams, and vendors to maintain facility standards, compliance, and quality throughout all phases of construction.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Oversees the construction of new facilities and the remodeling of existing facilities to ensure compliance with governmental codes and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Ensures all proper permits and bonds are secured, final approvals received, lien waivers obtained, and bonds closed out.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Provides oversight and direction during the construction process from groundbreaking through the issue of a final occupancy permit.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
