The candidate will work closely with the team and guide Junior Web Developers to deliver on the requirements. This role requires a passion for working with different technologies such as web, virtualisation, databases, storage and security.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Acquire and assist in interpreting project requirements, create a functional specification and determine the most efficient technologies to move forward</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Research and improve current coding standards followed by the team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Submit and review technical and process improvement recommendations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent degree in the relevant field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Web Developer with PHP frameworks and proficiency in SQL databases using XML and JSON formats</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">In-depth knowledge of server-side structured programming languages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Exceptional understanding of fundamental front-end languages with expertise in HTML and CSS</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
