We also provide the hardware and software for temperature verification along the distribution process.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Hours/Shift:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1<sup>st</sup> Shift from 6:00am &ndash; 2:30pm</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2<sup>nd</sup> Shift from 2:30pm &ndash; 11:00pm&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview &amp; Key Responsibilities):</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As an Industrial Refrigeration Mechanic, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, setup, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and operation of industrial freezers/refrigerators and related production equipment used in a manufacturing environment.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of industrial freezers/refrigerators and related production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor industrial freezer/refrigerators performance and identify potential issues before equipment failures occur.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepares industrial freezers/refrigerators, machinery, and related production equipment for scheduled production runs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replace defective parts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform daily routine preventive maintenance and maintain accurate daily repair logs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track inventory machinery/equipment with their respective spare parts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comply with OSHA safety and health rules.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Training: May be requested to provide training to future machine operators in their perspective roles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Any additional duties as needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Qualifications):</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED required; technical school, vocational training, or equivalent industrial maintenance or refrigeration experience preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be bilingual (English &amp; Spanish)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3-5 years&rsquo; of experience in an industrial maintenance mechanic role, preferably supporting industrial freezers, refrigeration systems, or related equipment in a manufacturing, packaging, or cold storage environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge with the following: Accepted practices and processes in the maintenance trades; electric motors, relays, PLCs, electro-mechanical equipment and systems found in machinery, including industrial freezer and refrigeration systems; servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment, including simple power, heating and cooling units.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read and work from sketches, drawings and blueprints; understand occupational hazards and safety precautions of the machinery.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and understand product specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Forklift experience preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. multiple times a day</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
