    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Position Title: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Pay Rate&nbsp;<br>Converting Utility &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;$18.77/hr &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>Sign on Bonus: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Retention Bonus:&nbsp;<br>$500 after 30 &nbsp;days, &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;$500 after 1 year<br>$500 after 6 &nbsp;months, &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Additional lump sum after 2 years.</p><p>Category/Shift:&nbsp;<br>Hourly Full-Time (2nd or 3rd Shift – Monday-Friday &amp; some Saturdays) must be able to work any shift</p><p>Physical Location:&nbsp;<br>El Paso Container 9301 Billy The Kid El Paso, TX &nbsp;79907 915-860-4122</p><p>The Job You Will Perform:&nbsp;<br>0.1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Converting Utility set up, run, and clean up the printing converting equipment.<br>0.2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Converting Utility report to the converting shift supervisor for the shift to which they are assigned. &nbsp;Converting Utility also follow the direction of the press operator of the crew to which they are &nbsp;as-signed.<br>1.0&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Primary press helper duties / responsibilities include:<br>1.1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;following all safety rules and practices;<br>1.2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;learning customer requirements and specifications by reading factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications;<br>1.3&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;coordinating activities with other machine crew members to efficiently set up and run orders;<br>1.4&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;maintaining quality and production standards as required by the company;<br>1.5&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;performing set up functions as directed by the operator; such as removing and attaching cutting dies, zeroing and opening / closing the machine, raising, autosetting, and lowering the prefeeder, setting the stacker and counter-ejector portions of the machine, recovering ink and washing ink fil-ters, installing inks, cleaning, setting, and adjusting the glue application system, and completing pa-perwork, while continuously balancing work with the operator;<br>1.6&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;continually monitoring the quality and quantity of production;<br>1.7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;using available time to prepare for set ups and runs by obtaining protection sheets, obtaining and a siding tooling, ink, and other supplies, and tearing apart pallet cards;<br>1.8&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;performing assigned clean up functions, such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and a siding mis-cellaneous scrap;<br>1.9&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;performing minor cutting die repairs;<br>1.10&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;performing quality inspections and tests, and recording findings;<br>1.11&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;learning press operator duties and responsibilities;<br>1.12&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;following prescribed practices in all circumstances; and<br>1.13&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- &nbsp;performing other duties as assigned by supervision.<br>2.0&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The qualifications for Converting Utility are the ability to perform the duties / responsibilities of the job with or without accommodation; the ability to read, write, and speak English; the ability to accu-rately read a measuring tape and ruler; the ability to use basic shop math; the ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.</p><p>2.1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Converting supervisors evaluate converting utility qualifications.</p><p>The Skills You Will Bring:&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Counting and stacking finished product<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reading factory orders</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
