font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas on a daily basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility to remove dirt, debris, and spills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment, to maintain cleanliness and prevent the accumulation of dust and dirt.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure a clear and streak-free appearance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper, as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging drains, to keep facilities in good working order.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning supplies and operating cleaning equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues that require attention beyond the scope of custodial duties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to safety, sanitation, and confidentiality.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
