          "text": "<p><strong>THIS ROLE IS AN ON-SITE POSITION LOCATED IN LAS VEGAS, NV.</strong></p><p>Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all functions of direct mail and email&#xa0;campaigns. Assists in coordination and maintenance of Player’s Club programs and&#xa0;corporate database. In the absence of the department manager, may also be&#xa0;responsible for supervising junior personnel.</p><ul><li>Create criteria, matrices, and coordinate with, the Database/Direct Mail Manager,&#xa0;to extract the appropriate lists of players for each direct mail piece.</li><li>Coordinate and proof direct mail projects with printers to ensure accuracy and&#xa0;quality of projects.</li><li>Upload offers for each direct mail project in the player tracking system.</li><li>Handle any guest calls relating to direct mail and handle or escalate issues and&#xa0;problems as needed.</li><li>Assist in maintaining an accurate and efficient database.</li><li>Responsible for current, revised, or new direct mail submissions.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining and implementation of the monthly campaign.</li><li>Must ensure that the campaign is always completed in a timely and efficient&#xa0;manner.</li><li>Maintain 100% compliance with the direct mail checklist.&#xa0;</li><li>Work with appropriate management to evaluate, implement, and monitor direct&#xa0;mail, email, and broadcast campaigns</li><li>Maintain the direct mail budget.</li><li>Analyze programs/processes and make recommendations for improvement of their&#xa0;timeliness, accuracy, and effectiveness.</li><li>Work with data models, identify and utilize reporting tools, and aid in the&#xa0;development of solutions and decisions on managing and evolving the database&#xa0;marketing function.</li><li>In the absence of the department manager, may be called on to supervise junior&#xa0;personnel.</li><li>Miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
