Lago Del Oro Pkwy Tucson, AZ 85739</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>***MUST HAVE A CLINICAL LICENSE** INDEPENDANT PREFERRED</strong></p>\n<p><strong>***SIGN-ON BONUS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SCHEDULE:</strong> Must be able to work one weekend shift and have the ability to  Day shift</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits of working at Sierra Tucson: Residential Treatment Center:</strong></p>\n<p>Three medical plan levels, dental and vision insurance</p>\n<p>HSA, FSA, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account</p>\n<p>Basic Life/AD&D and Supplemental Life Insurance</p>\n<p>Company paid short term disability insurance</p>\n<p>Optional long term disability insurance</p>\n<p>401k with Company match</p>\n<p>EAP (Employee Assistance Program)</p>\n<p>Employee Discount Program</p>\n<p>Generous PTO, Sick Time, paid holidays and professional development reimbursement</p>\n<p><strong><em>*** Salary dependent on a candidate’s experience and qualifications ***</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE STATEMENT:</strong></p>\n<p>Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, whether cognitive, affective or behavioral.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p>\n<p>· Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions in the delivery of services to individuals and families for the purpose of treating such diagnosed emotional and mental disorders.</p>\n<p>· Conduct individual, group or family therapy as appropriate for the treatment plan of the patient.</p>\n<p>· Conduct a psychosocial assessment and develop an initial discharge plan.</p>\n<p>· Provide initial treatment planning for patient based on assessment and coordinate any additional services needed and revise as necessary.</p>\n<p>· Maintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards, revising as necessary.</p>\n<p>· Maintain a caseload as assigned.</p>\n<p>· Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other staff to facilitate services for the patient as appropriate to their treatment plan.</p>\n<p>· May provide these services in an inpatient or patient setting.</p>\n<p>· Provide case management, discharge planning or after-care planning according to treatment plan.</p>\n<p>· May assist in educating and training staff on behavior management or therapeutic crisis intervention.</p>\n<p>· May coordinate various clinical, psychosocial or educational activities with patient and their families.</p>\n<p>· Evaluate patient's need and determine if referrals to other program or facilities are needed.</p>\n<p>· May assist in the training of new clinical staff and interns.</p>\n<p>· May coordinate the activities of other clinical and direct patient care personnel, providing direction and clinical guidance.</p>\n<p>· Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.
