Ninth Street Greeley, Colorado 80634</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Are you empathetic, patient, and committed to empowering adolescents on their journey towards sustainable mental wellness?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a <strong>Behavioral Health Technician</strong>, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support <strong>adolescents ages (12-17) </strong>in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Every day you will participate and guide teens in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on and off campus activities. If you’re looking to make a meaningful difference while using your clinical, crisis, or support experience in a more holistic residential setting, we invite you to join our team at our premier treatment center.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques with upset teens as they arise</li>\n <li>Serve as a positive role model and enforce a supportive atmosphere</li>\n <li>Communicate important observations and updates to the Program Director</li>\n <li>At end of shift, document client progress notes daily</li>\n <li>With an empathetic heart encourage teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Age:</strong> 21+ years of age or older</li>\n <li><strong>Education</strong>: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required.
