    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The Main Banker position is responsible for guest service and cash transactions in the cashier cage. &nbsp;Assists the Cage Supervisor whenever necessary in ensuring accuracy and efficiency of all transactions and activities.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Opens and maintains assigned cashier window. Redeems tickets for cash, processes checks and credit card advances. &nbsp;Redeems coupons.</li><li>Maintains a balanced cash drawer and/or vault. Makes exchanges between front windows and vault when necessary. Keeps and updates an accurate tracking of all funds received and distributed.</li><li>Assists Cage leadership with training new Team Members.</li><li>Provides change and breaks down bills. Stays aware of indications for counterfeit currency and checks for possible false bills during all transactions.</li><li>Provides excellent guest service to both external guests and internal team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares, issues, collects, and reconciles department cash drawers.</li><li>Supervises, creates Player&rsquo;s Club accounts, issues, re-prints, and checks the issuance of Player Club cards.</li><li>Reviews Player&rsquo;s Club accounts, providing useful information to our valued guests.</li><li>Verifies guest&rsquo;s identification according to policy.</li><li>Operates computer, credit card processing equipment, coin sorting/currency counting, and other cashier equipment.</li><li>Held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.</li><li>Monitors, maintains, conducts fills, drops, and balances ATM/Kiosk.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares currency for bank deposit, accepts and verifies currency transferred to the vault from armored car deliveries, and accepts and verifies currency transferred to the vault from the Count Room.&nbsp;</li><li>Resolves guest disputes regarding player club promotions and financials transactions with or without direction from supervisory staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Stays knowledgeable on current AML and Title 31 requirements and ensures all necessary information is obtained and tracked appropriately.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains confidentiality and protects private and proprietary information.</li><li>Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Works physically onsite to manage business and interacts personally with Team Members and guests.</li><li>Follow all safety standards and report any safety hazards immediately to necessary people to correct issue. &nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining compliance with appearance standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Is a role model and champion of Prairie Flower Casino&rsquo;s Mission and Values. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>One to two years of Cash Handling and Guest Service experience preferred.</li><li>Previous casino experience, specifically Cage cashiering, Main Banker, and/or vault is strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.</li><li>Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.&nbsp;</li><li>Can work independently and make decisions while unsupervised.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to effectively use a computer including Microsoft Office and other job specific software.</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and act upon documentation and reports as necessary.</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li>Must maintain an appropriate Gaming License.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and/or hear.&nbsp;</li><li>Occasionally lifts to a maximum of 40 pounds and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
