The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with the unit Director or Manager to support and oversee departmental operations, including staff supervision, training, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, communication, and ensuring quality patient care and efficient function, while assuming administrative responsibilities in their absence. You must have: </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.</li>\n <li>Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.</li>\n <li>Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FACILITY / UNIT TRAINING</strong></p>\n<p>1. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care.2. Non-OB Facilities – NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained.3.
