What You’ll Do As a Buyer, you will be responsible for procuring products and services essential to company operations while maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring efficient inventory availability. You'll collaborate daily with vendors, logistics teams, customer service representatives, and internal stakeholders to support the organization's growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage and track purchase orders from creation through delivery. Develop and recommend pricing strategies to support company objectives. Communicate regularly with manufacturers and vendors to ensure efficient procurement processes. Partner closely with Logistics and Customer Service teams to support customer needs and inventory requirements. Provide updated pricing, availability, and product substitution information to internal teams. Generate purchase orders, monitor stock levels, expedite orders, and authorize payments for approved purchases. Establish and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendor partners. Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions while leveraging purchasing opportunities. Research products, services, and suppliers to support operational and strategic initiatives.
