Working from a fully equipped service vehicle, you’ll tackle HVAC Service, general repairs, small projects, and preventive maintenance programs, saving clients from costly disruptions. If you’re ready to be part of a team that values professionalism, care, and understanding, apply now and take the next step in your career with BGIS ITS.</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 2-6 years of HVAC experience with demonstrated experience in Commercial HVAC Refrigeration systems, installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems (three-phase wiring, generators, lighting) in commercial buildings like offices, retail spaces, and factories. <strong>(Required)</strong></li>\n <li>Position is performed remotely; however, may require travel/driving to client locations for training, meetings and other in-person events.</li>\n <li>Responsible for performing work in accordance with established processes and practices that comply with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health safety, security, and fire protection.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work overtime as needed with some travel required.</li>\n <li>Physical Requirements: climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver in confined spaces i.e., crawlspaces, attics, etc.</li>\n <li><strong>EPA Certification required.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must meet enhanced security clearance requirements.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience with serving CRAC units</strong> <strong>highly preferred</strong></li>\n <li>HVAC units 15 tons and above.</li>\n <li>BMS experience is highly <strong>preferred.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Warehouse or facility maintenance is highly preferred.</strong></li>\n <li>Service and install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.</li>\n <li>Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems (three-phase wiring, generators lighting)</li>\n <li>Service and install new ice machines.</li>\n <li>Do routine maintenance on ice machines and refrigeration.</li>\n <li>Assess and troubleshoot commercial HVAC to determine required repairs.</li>\n <li>Inspect and perform equipment repair and replacements.</li>\n <li>Perform routine preventative maintenance and recommend preventative repairs to avoid unplanned downtime.</li>\n <li>Respond to emergency service requests.</li>\n <li>Provides observations about facility, facility mechanical conditions and deficiencies and provides recommendations for enhancement and repair.</li>\n <li>Participates in and assists with facility-related projects.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Able to work on lite commercial equipment.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>Completes paperwork in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Reports to job assignment and work in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Experience with industry software preferable but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits of Working with Millian Aire and BGIS.</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Company Vehicle, Phone and Tablet provided.</li>\n <li>Competitive Salary</li>\n <li>Health, life, and disability benefits package</li>\n <li>7 paid holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas</li>\n <li>Corporate perks through ADP</li>\n <li>401K plan with employer match</li>\n <li>Technical training and development opportunities</li>\n <li>Growth and relocation opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Choose Us?</strong></p>\n<p>BGIS ITS offers <strong>global opportunities</strong>, <strong>flexible benefits</strong>, and <strong>cutting-edge tools</strong>, unlike local competitors.
