We are headquartered in San Jose with loan production offices in Redwood City and San Francisco.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Title of position:<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Relationship Manager</span></p>\n<p>Position type:<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> </span>Full-time</span></p>\n<p>Pay range:<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$125,000 - $190,000</span></p>\n<p>Division:<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Corporate Banking</span></p>\n<p>Work Location Type:<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> </span>Office Hybrid</span></p>\n<p>Location:<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">San Jose</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Responsibilities</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Relationship Manager – Essential Functions and Basic Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops business loan and deposit relationships with prospective and existing customers.</li>\n<li>Responsible for developing and managing a loan and deposit portfolio of key customers and prospective customers for the Bank, specializing in serving privately held businesses and high net worth individuals in business and real estate related loans.</li>\n<li>Promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.</li>\n<li>Interviews prospective applicants and requests specified information related to loan or credit application; corresponds or re-interviews applicants to resolve questions regarding application information.</li>\n<li>Performs pre-qualification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk of financing requests within the framework of Bank credit culture and current economic and industry trends.</li>\n<li>Coordinates processing of approved new and renewed loans; ensures loans are processed according to agreement, customer needs and conform to Bank lending policies; obtains sufficient information and/or documentation from customers; solves problems relative to processing and servicing of loans within his or her portfolio; approves loan disbursements, payments and transfers in accordance with agreements and specified limits.</li>\n<li>Authorizes commitment, engagement, adverse action and decline letters.</li>\n<li>Understands government regulations with particular emphasis on the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations and the fact that compliance with BSA regulations is an enterprise responsibility.</li>\n<li>May represent the bank in community or at civic functions to promote Bank image and bank products and services.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Experience and Knowledge</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial banking experience of at least 7 years   </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Benefits</span></span></p>\n<p>Avidbank offers full time employees competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability insurance, 401k with matching, paid holidays and a competitive paid time off policy.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
