Maintain strategic spare parts inventory, purchase spare and replacement parts as needed.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform or coordinate inspections of aspects of the building and grounds, as well as facilities and life safety equipment throughout the facility.&nbsp; Perform or coordinate repairs and corrective maintenance activities as required per the inspection findings. Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and efficiency through improvements to the maintenance program, process improvements, and equipment upgrades.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strategic spare parts inventory, purchase spare and replacement parts as needed.&nbsp; Schedule and supervise external service vendors performing maintenance activities on site.</p></li></ul><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><ul><li><p>5+ years experience in maintenance or facilities work.</p></li><li><p>Mechanical experience (identify mechanical failures, repair moving components, perform PMs, and assist with overall building systems maintenance)</p></li><li><p>Electrical troubleshooting experience, able to diagnose and repair electrical systems and wiring issues.</p></li></ul><p><b>Physical/Environment Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs, use of hands, climbing, bending, stooping. &nbsp;High School Diploma required.</p></li><li><p>Must be punctual and reliable and with a good attendance record.&nbsp; Must be able to work overtime with short notice and must be able to respond to emergencies if they occur off hours.</p></li><li><p>Must work safely and comply with the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures at all times.</p></li></ul><p>Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
