Description
Looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Front Office team at our Village of Winnipesaukee resort in Laconia, NH!
Work Type: Part-time. Hourly. Year-round.
Work Hours: 9AM-5PM. Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Must be available to work on Sundays.
Schedule can be flexible with the two other days during the week.
Benefits are not eligible for this position.
Position Summary:
Lemonjuice Solutions invests in fractionally owned real estate and upgrades the property to the highest and best use for today’s environment. We reimagine the ownership, governance, and operations of the properties.
Provides organizational and administrative support to department(s) and its executives. Inputs and retrieves work related information contained in computer databases to update records, files, reservations, etc. Addresses inquiries from team members via telephone, Microsoft Teams and/or in person. Transmits information or documents using a computer, mail, or fax machine. Prepares letters, memos, and other documents using e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Processes incoming and outgoing mail. Creates and maintains computer and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, and documents. Compiles, copies, sorts, and files records of departmental activities and business transactions.
Follows all company policies and procedures, ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintains confidentiality of proprietary information, and protects company assets. Welcomes and acknowledges all business associates according to company standards, anticipates and address managements’ service needs. Communicates with others using clear and professional language, prepares and reviews written documents accurately and completely, and answers telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, supports team to reach common goals, and listens and responds appropriately to the concerns of others. Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Manager.
Key Duties & Abilities
Takes notes, minutes in business meetings, and provides detailed summary to reporting manager.
Speaks to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate, and professional language.
Prepares and reviews written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette including answering the phone within 3 rings, answering with a smile in one's voice, using the callers' name, transferring calls to appropriate person/department, requesting permission before placing the caller on hold, taking, and relaying messages, and allowing the caller to end the call.
Talks with and listens to business associates to effectively exchange information.
Discusses work topics, activities, or problems with coworkers, supervisors, or managers discreetly and in a professional manner.
Supports all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
Handles sensitive issues with team members and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Moves, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing less than or equal to 10-15 pounds without assistance.
Enters and locates work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
Expected Conduct
Utilizes professional language at all times.
Consistently models professional behavior.
Remains calm during stressful and hectic periods.
Self manages time and appropriate commitment to meeting goals.
Plans accordingly for job duties to be fulfilled when absent or taking leave.
Always presents a positive attitude with respect to the Company and co-workers.
Always represents the Company, especially when in the presence of team, vendors, and guests.
Stays compliant with Company policies and government regulations regarding employment practices, as communicated by the Human Resources Department.
Reinforces these practices with team members, especially in relation to harassment, discrimination, and hostile work environments.
Preferred Education & Experience

Associate’s degree in business administration or Certification in related field.
2 years’ experience in administrative operations, marketing, real estate, timeshare, or related
