          "text": "<p>The Quality Domain Business Analyst plays a key role in a large-scale SAP Quality Management (QM) deployment for a regulated aerospace client in the Montréal area. This role acts as the primary link between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring requirements clarity, solution alignment, and successful delivery across design, testing, and deployment phases. The position requires strong SAP QM expertise, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to work in a bilingual and regulated environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for requirements between business stakeholders and project teams, reviewing, clarifying, and validating business needs</li><li>Facilitate and document design workshops and contribute to design-phase deliverables</li><li>Co-author integration test plans and execute system integration and user acceptance test cycles</li><li>Track, manage, and coordinate defect resolution with technical and functional teams</li><li>Support business users during UAT planning and execution</li><li>Provide onsite support during go-live and post–go-live hypercare periods</li><li>Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with SAP QM standards and deployment practices</li><li>Prepare deployment and training documentation and support key-user knowledge transfer</li><li>Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and quality gates</li><li>Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and cybersecurity requirements</li></ul>",
